Low Vision Clinic

Community Services for Vision
Rehabilitation (CSVR) is a nonprofit medical clinic which provides
evaluation, and rehabilitation to those with vision loss. It features
initial evaluation by an MD or OD, training by Occupational Therapist and
strong glasses, magnifiers and devices.
  • CSVR will see patients of any age, with any eye condition and with or without insurance.
  • Some free equipment is available to those of low income.
  • CSVR does not provide routine eye care, surgery, or prescription glasses. Individuals with insurance, Medicare or Medicaid will be charged.
  • An appointment is necessary.
